Gmail is the only free email provider (as far as I am aware) that gives you the ability to retrieve email via POP, and they also allow you to keep two separate copies of your emails, one copy in POP and another in WebMail. That means the software can use POP and you use WebMail, the software will never be able to interfere with your copy of the emails. We'll show you how to set this up.
